Larkspur Landing is the best deal in town. Prices are low compared to other hotels. It is clean and quiet. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone who needs a comfortable place to stay

This property is old and run down. We rented here to have a kitchen and cook meals during an extended stay. The kitchen was so grimy that we didn't cook a single meal. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The charges on our credit card exceeded the invoice we were given. Would never stay here again.

It had been a few years since I had stayed at this hospital. It has definitely changed since my last visit. Front desk staff was very rude. Not friendly at all. It looks very ran down and the room that we stayed in was not the cleanest. Splatter all over the walls in the room. It was disgusting. Stains all over the carpet in the halls. And the housekeepers were harassing us on check out day because they wanted to clean our room. Check out time is 12pm and they were unlocking our door at 9am while we were still there to ask if we were checking out already so they could clean our room. Very frustrating!

This is a basic older hotel, nothing fancy, but it is clean and quiet. Mini kitchen and cookware/utensils great for extended stay. Breakfast consists of cereal, muffins/bagels, yogurt.

Poorly maintained property. Peeling wallpaper in the bathroom with mold growth underneath, probably due to the fact that the bath fan did not work. Laminate cabinets were de-laminating. No secure WiFi for the guests. Computer in the lobby was old and does not connect to the internet. Property is adjacent to I-90, so constant road noise. Included breakfast all came in a plastic packaging. Overall not a good visit.

Stay was fine. The fact that I got there at 2, 1 hr prior to check in. Room was ready but they were going to charge $20 for an early check in fee. I can understand if they would have had to switch the room so I could check in early. But to have the room ready and I’m getting there one hour early. Straight off a plane from North Carolina to Seattle and they wanted $20 if ridiculous.

IF they had got my booking correct I would not be rating them as I have. Also the "Breakfast" was very disappointing. All cold prepackaged items. Rooms also a little outdated, there were still plug in CAT 5 cables and wall outlets in the room, no USB ports of any kind. Place needs a little updating

I had high expectations of this hotel but upon going to my room, it was grungy and old. Some fixtures were updated but some were old. For example , the bathroom walls had old wallpaper that was peeling off. We would not dare sleep on the sofa sleeper! The breakfast was laughable. We actually saw it and went out for breakfast. The space in the room was large, I’d have to say, although a bit musty.

Didn’t have anything terrible to say about this stay, other than the condition of carpets in hotel, it was for the important part, clean and comfortable. Had safe parking and minimal parking some nights. Tight spaces on ground level parking. Beautiful area, nice location.
