We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and most aspects met our expectations. However, I would like to suggest an improvement for the future: the Wi-Fi connection was slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected. Addressing this issue could enhance the overall experience for guests.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful! The location of the hotel was ideal. It was a short distance from Pike Place Market and the pier. Hotel room was clean and even had an extra blanket for when it got a little bit cold at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great Hotel great staff. However 2 blocks away, it feels very different. Dirty and felt unsafe at times due to transients congregating on every corner so it seemed.
