We had a wonderful stay for a conference. The breakfast was fantastic. The front desk people were kind and helpful. Parking was secure underground. The room was clean and well stocked with soaps, towels and necessities. Very lovely hotel.
Bathroom sink was clogged. Stains on sheets. Coffee empty at breakfast with 4-5 staff just standing around watching, not working to fill it. Parking is extra on an already pricey room.
The property was amazing. It was clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond in every way. We could not give enough praise for this property!
We loved this beautiful hotel, the room was small but so clean and neat, just right for two people. Great views of the city and the breakfast was SO good! Id stay there again and again.
