Nice Room Stunk of Smoke
We were shocked at the smell of stale cigarettes when we opened the door. It was through out the room. Hotel was fully booked so we opened windows and delt with it. For $300 for 1 night we shouldn't have to take allergy meds to sleep. Everything else was fine.

The toilet did not flush properly. The bedroom door hinge had come loose and door wouldn’t close. Sloppy repair of bathroom tile. Lights in vanity area flickered when first turned on. Parking was problematic. The property was conveniently located for shopping and dining.

This hotel is very dated Good news is Hilton purchased them and they will be completely remodeling it. Nice staff but very old furniture and carpet in rooms Good location for walking around and seeing things The pool and spa area are nice.. there is a bar too!

A non-refundable rate means exactly that, even 10 days in advance. Travel insurance was worthless. They stand by their stated policy and I stand by mine choosing where my travel dollars are spent in the future. My fault and a lesson learned.

I was glad I chose Los Abrigados. I was in a king studio suite; plenty of room and very comfortable. Bed and pillows were exceptionally so. Close to shopping, restaurants, cafes and canyon trails. Sedona is a beautiful town/area. I received an amazing massage at the spa by Steven. The staff was fun, gracious, helpful. There are free laundry facilities and two nice pools plus other sport facilities. A special shout out to the front desk, Bradley and “Crow” in the Spoke and Wheel Tavern, and to Ethan from Security Services. Highly recommend you stay here. Renovations begin soon. But I had everything I needed!!

Our room was pretty bare-minimum but we were there only one night. Wished there was cold bottled water and better bedding for the fold out bed. The resort as a whole is very nice and we would return.

Stayed for two nights, and had a great time. The room was very comfortable, spacious and had appliances. It’s a little dated, but if you’re in Sedona you probably want to spend most of the time outdoors and on the town, so not a big issue. The staff was very friendly and checked in on us via text to make sure everything was good. The grounds were nice and well kept. Walking distance to Tlaquepaque, which was very cool. Centrally located to all the activities we wanted to do.
