Senayan accommodation with spa

Staff was extremely helpful at all stages, really loved our stay here. Good location in between old town and airport - so good for short stay in Jakarta.

The best thing about this hotel is the attentiveness of the staff at every interaction. The spa and gym facilities are pretty awesome too. Not to mention the room cleanliness everyday, and the vast range of food from all continents for breakfast.

My family and I of four, which includes a three and 5-year old, loved our 5 days at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place. What sets itself apart are its service, location, and amenities. The hotel has world-class service from the staff, including breakfast, front desk, concierge, spa, and pool. I’d like to thank Roch Fari from the spa and pool, who was extremely helpful and attentive. This location cannot be beaten; few hotels in Jakarta can provide everything you need within Pacific Place Mall. It’s within steps of the Jakarta MRT to get around the city and Hutan Kota. I will return in the future because my family loves the pool, and I especially love the amenities, such as the whirlpool, cold plunge, and steam room.

4.5/5 star only down side is the toilet door has no lock. Recommend to others👍
