Great location, easily accessible to public transport. Centrally located, easy to get to most of the tourist spots. The convenience store & eateries are just a few steps away. Most of the front desk staff are friendly. Had an incident during one of the nights where there was power outage in our room, the technician (with whom we couldn't communicate at all) took quite awhile to resolve the issue, and the help desk guy could only speak Korean and Chinese, very little English, we had a hard time communicating with them both. Other than the small hiccup, overall we were happy with the stay, clean and big room. We will definitely come back again.

If you want to stay in a noisy and disgusting smelling 4 star hotel, this is the best one that you can expect for. Even though we moved to another room, the noise never stopped and there was a sewing smell the last 2 day of our 4 days stay. Expedia and the hotel both were following the return policy but as for the customer we have no choice. We had to stay in a room in such terrible condition room just because we booked the hotel based on Expedia 9.2 Wonderful review. Not sure what is the relationship between ENA and Expedia because I went back to checked the detailed reviews and saw that others had the same problem, but they still gave a 10/10 rate. It is unbelievable. The manager and staffs were very polite as they were aware of the noise and drainage issues with the sewers at the hotel.

Construction noise overpowered the positives
Hotel room was nice and spacious. Cleaning services were provided daily. And it was a nice hotel. However, the room was extremely warm every night (over 24 degrees). This hotel was selected for our trip because it is advertised to have air conditioning. When we called the front desk asking how to use the air conditioning in the room, they stated the building has turned it off for winter season and to open the window. There was so much construction going on around the hotel during the day and night (construction would start at 2130-2200hrs). This loud noise kept us up all night and we did not have a good sleep any of the 5 nights we stayed. Extremely disappointed given the price we paid for the hotel. Would not come again because of this.

Its 3 mins walk to City Hall station. Seoul station is 1 stop away. The area is quiet and beautiful for strolling! If you travel with teenagers, Hongik Univ. Station area might be the better option for shopping as my 15 years old like that area.

Everyone here was very helpful and diligent in making sure we had a comfortable stay. One thing that we did not get was conditioner for the last 2 days. However, the staff tried their best to accommodate whenever we needed assistance. The manager, Mr. Andy Park, went out of his way to help us navigate through the city and different locations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back for my next visit to Korea.

Really liked the space and amenities (free water is always a big plus) Location has a lot of local spots and great walkable options such as to the Market or to Lotte Departments Stores. Disliked that they did notngive complimentary razors or skincare unfortunately.
