The room was very small, we hardly had room to put our suitcases. The bathroom also was very small, difficult to find where to out the cloths when showering. And the view from the window was a wall... the back of another building, very close. The location is good and the room was clean, but we were disappointed by the size and the view of a building wall.

A good place to stay

Overall it was a good stay. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. However, although there were coffee cups and a kettle, there was no coffee or tea in the room. Also, no toothbrush in the bathroom. The towels were clean but definitely older since they were not very white anymore. The price was because of the location I guess

Devin was so accommodating as well as the whole staff at the hotel. We have stayed there 2 times this trip. We loved it. It was like our second home in Seoul.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location of town that makes it accessible to public transport to just about anywhere in Seoul, and walking distance to InsaDong, Cheongyecheon stream, Namdaemun market, Changdeogung Palace, and the terrific Fritz in Wonseo. Gym is small but nice, and the onsen public bath is terrific, with hot pool in and outdoor, which was especially lovely in the winter time. Rooms have nice views, minimally appointed, but well maintained. Highly recommended for first time in Seoul, being convenient starting point to the top attractions in town. We also chose it due to VIP offers such as complimentary beverage and room upgrade, but they weren't honored at the hotel, despite having availability.

Great stay

Great experience with Fraser place. We actually went to a different one about 10 minutes walk away and took taxi to the right one. I was surprised that both hotels staff speak good English and very friendly/ helpful. Room was big and comfortable.
