We stayed here mainly because it's close to the major palaces, Ikseon-dong Hanok Village and Insadong Culture Street. The closest subway stations are less than 10 minutes away by walk. The hotel isn't as nice as in the pictures. It's quite old and needs remodeling. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, we just went to the Starbucks next door. There isn't really much to see outside of the hotel but it's quiet. The staff was pretty friendly. The cost was lower than other comparable hotels probably due to its sourroundings and quality of the rooms. I would recommend staying here if you want to save some money and be close to the best cultural spots of Korea.

The cleanliness of the hotel is terrible eg dirty towel with dried out discharge and holes, dusty bedsheet etc …. Other than the cleanliness issue, the AC was so noisy and making weird noise at night.

Overall our stay was average. Room for improvement: black mold on shower curtain and bathroom ceiling, big holes in towels, big brown stain on carpet, squished bugs on picture and ceiling. Breakfast was fine and the hotel is conveniently located.

A no-frills hotel in a very convenient location where there were 4~5 different subway lines all in a short walking distance. Room was very large and spacious. Only wish there were more dining options nearby other than the market, but other than that, would definitely stay here again!
