It’s ok
The front desk staff were very polite and kind making check-in easy. The room was smaller than I expected, but overall clean. I could, however, hear my neighbor throughout the night and doors closing in the hallway. The location was ok, but a little expensive for what you get.

Horrible Customer Service
The employee working at the front desk on May 12, 2024 at 10pm ruined my stay at this hotel. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and this was the first time I had issues with the coin laundry. He was the employee on duty at the time and he was very aggressive and rude, telling me that it was my fault for the malfunctioning machine! He was yelling at me and making a scene in the hallway where all the other guests could hear. Absolutely unprofessional and staff clearly needs more customer service training. I left with my clothes still wet from the broken laundry machine and no apology from him or any other hotel staff for the inconvenience. I had originally extended my stay at this hotel but ended up canceling my reservation early due to this situation. Will not be returning again.

It is near COEX and World Trade. Center. Two different line subways but long walking distance. This is expensive area. Over price for the room and bed size. Not recommended for couple and family. Hard to find family restaurants.
