Good location but room for improvements still
Second stay with my family here. While location is fantastic, there are still a few areas that can be improved. Frosted with transparent bathroom wall makes showering extremely challenging for non-couple roommates. My sister had to use towels and tapes to block the transparent area so she can shower in peace while my dad remains in the room. We are also not able to hang our towels and clothes inside the bathroom since there are no hooks available. You end up having to step into the bedroom to do your cleaning up and dressing. Again, non couple roommates will find this an extreme challenge.

Repeated stay
Convenient location near airport bus stop and subway exit 9. Grateful that staff allowed early check in as my elderly mum is tired from the red eye flight. Good service as staff take note of my request and make appropriate arrangement. It will be good if there are more choices of hot beverage. Also creamer is not provided for those who don’t like black coffee. Water from shower leaked into bathroom.

Very Good but….
Very good but… tiny room, lighting could be improved. The staff was excellent, friendly, accommodating etc. The main problem was that the bathroom’s floor slanted towards the tub - so I kept having to catch myself from falling. I didn’t realize til middle of night. So didn’t ask to change as we also had a lot of luggage. Don’t choose Room # 1407. In addition the elevator was a bit slow. Breakfast was excellent, location was good. A young vibe !! Near good transportation and great shopping. As older couple- I’d probably choose a different hotel but as a young person it’s great!!

The front desk staff were amazing. If not for them, I would have given this stay a one star. The room structure is not user friendly. There were bugs on the bedsheet that caused my skin to itch. Had to get them to change it on the third day after I reconfirmed that the sheet was the problem when the itch started again when I layed down to rest the second day.

There was no bathroom. Only a shower cubicle and a separate compartment for a toilet. The shower cubicle is a bit small and there were no hooks within, waterproofing wasn’t perfect so the room can get a bit wet after a shower. Otherwise perfect location, friendly and very helpful staff. Good stay overall

I don't really enjoy staying in this hotel due to the following: PROS: 1. Located next to myeongdong street 2. One min walking distance to metro station Exit 9 CONS: 1. Makeup room services was not up to standards. When we returned back to our room, we saw the hairs were all around the toilet floor even after the daily cleaning. Sometimes, the house keeper forgot to replace a fresh floor mat at the toilet. 2. The shower screen is too near to the bidet. No moving space. 3. The light in the room is quite dim. Having a hard time to put on face makeup. 4. Only provide paper cups. Sometimes, the house keeper forgot to replace new ones. 5. No tea bag / sachet is provided, only coffee. Worst of all, I could not find any tea spoon inside the room. I find it weird given that this is a 4 stars rated hotel.

Overall, the area is quite bustling. You won't run out of options to shop and eat here. The room is a tad small but i figured it's not meant for you to stay and enjoy the room (more for you to sleep) . Early check-in is also chargeable at a cost, which is probably something i am not used to, so we decided to skip and left our luggage there while we ventured out shopping. Staff's attitude is awesome! I would say if you are looking for a location that is easy for drop off (airport bus to here is easy via 6001 and you can cross the road to reach the hotel. when you are heading back, 6001's bus stop is just down the road). You won't be one of those tourists that ends up dragging their luggage to and fro in Myeongdong when they arrive or depart. My only feedback is the room is really small, was tough to navigate with 2 medium luggage 1 cabin size luggage. You almost have no space to walk if you are packing the luggages with all open. It would be good if cleaning can be more thorough during our stay.

Great location with Myeongdong subway just by the hotel entrance. There's also an Airport Express Bus bus stop nearby. Nice clean room. Twin room has enough space to put 2 big luggage. I liked the sink in the middle walkway with mirrors on both sides. There's an ice and water machine on the floor. Friendly staff, easy check in. Fast check out and with the help of Ms Bella Song we got a taxi to go Seoul Station for our Airport Express train. The cleaning lady has done an excellent job too.  The only downside is the handheld shower head, unable to adjust the direction of water flow.
