Very clean and conveniently located. Took one limousine bus from ICN to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and provided great service! Commute was easy since there was a subway station and several bus stops nearby.

Great place to stay
The place was clean and comfortable to stay at. The staffs spoke English and offered excellent service! The hotel has a laundry room where you can do your own or you can use their laundry services. It was close to subway and bus stops so it was easy to travel around the city. There is also a 7-Eleven next to it so it is very convenient if you need something. We enjoyed our stay and don't have any complaints.

I was shocked to learn that at night, they do not have the air conditioning on, instead they circulate the air from outside. As a result, I had to sleep in a hot and stuffy room. Very unacceptable for price of the room. House keeping only came for 1 day out of the 3 days I stayed.

Mapo was a great location for bus and trains, the area felt very safe especially as we are 2 women. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus.

This hotel was very dirty and nasty. I booked because of the name Shilla but it was not like a Shilla quality, table, toilet, shower all dirty and nasty. and when others closing their room door, door is automatically closing so hard and loudly so I had to wake up middle of nights, so many times. this is the worst hotel in my life!! book other hotel near this place.

The ac is not working! When we ask the front desk, It suggested us to open window....and the cafe is not allowed Slipper but we saw some other people weart them. I also paid the food twice, and the first payment refund is still not showing in my phone banking.

We were here a few days ago then went to Jeju Island. I wrote a quick review on Expedia regarding our first stay. When we checked-in this time, the front desk personnel were aware of our review and made sure that during our current stay we wouldn’t have the same issue. Impressive! The hotel is clean & conveniently located regarding to public transportation access & restaurants. We didn’t use their restaurant on 2F but I used their gym. It’s a small gym but has what I needed. The hotel provides you with water bottles & towels. I would definitely come back to Shilla Stay.

It was a short stay (2 night/3 days) this time around. Overall we were happy with Shilla Stay. We’ve stayed at other Shilla Stay last time we visited Korea. Only complaint I have with recent stay was the safe in the room not in working condition.
