Such a lovely hotel within easy walking distance of the cathedral and palace. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the rooftop terrace with bar and pool and views towards the cathedral. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was great. Lovely big rooms with comfy beds. Decent hairdryer, toiletries etc. Coffee maker and tea facilities. No criticisms Just one suggestion. The stairs down to rooms B4 etc could do with a hand rail.

This was a very pleasant stay. The staff members were amazing, very helpful, and very cooperative. The hotel was always clean, and the room was serviced regularly. It had a prime location and we could walk everywhere from the hotel. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Sevilla again.

The hotel was in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions Staff is very helpful during check-in, I found them all to be kind and courteous. The hotel itself was clean and had a wonderful lobby and seating area for guests. The room was bigger than most hotels I’ve stayed in Europe. I would definitely stay there again. Loved it

Nice property
Everything was great about the property. Super clean, nicely appointed rooms with coffe and tea and water available in the rooms, perfect location in the heart of the old city. My only issue was that the lobby did not have seating available if you’re waiting. There was a large seating area to the side that was shut down for a party. So, if you needed to wait in the lobby or use the restrooms, no amenities were available. This was disappointing for a four star hotel.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff and service are outstanding — so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and well appointed. But most rooms are not going to have any view because of how tightly the historic area is situated in Seville. But the location is great — you’re right in the center of all the action, including a square of nice cafes across the street. Our one small complaint were the pillows — these could use an upgrade. However, the beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. We would certainly stay here again.
