Hotel in CBD with free after hours street parking
The best thing about this hotel is that there are 4 car park lots for visitors who get to park for free (in CBD!) for up to 4 hours. From 5pm onwards, there are many private car parks around which charge AUD$5 for overnight parking for 12 hours. If you time your schedule, you will not have to pay for the AUD$39 per night parking! The hotel is basic, and the corridors were rather narrow, but the two room apartment I stayed in was spacious, and had a lovely view of the city. Beds were firm, and the kitchenette was well equipped. The hotel is a short walk away from eating areas.
