It’s an alright hotel, not worth the cost. It’s better to stay closer to the attractions and pay less money on accommodation and accessibility. It’s not near the main attractions. Breakfast should be included with the price as this hotel is overpriced for no reason.

Room leaked causing flooding. Not impressed with the response. My complaint email was ignored. Some staff very pleasant but unfortunately this was not universal. Room are tired, getting to the terrace was a climb through a window other than stepping through a door. Pool area closed. Hotel is on a bus route so easy to access old town after 25 minute bus ride.

The hotel is clean and nicely appointed despite the decor slightly showing its age. Liked the breakfast buffet (18 euros per person). It's slightly far away from the city center, but walkable in 45 minutes or you can take a taxi for 10 euros.

We loved our stay, the room was big enough and comfortable, cleaning was spotless, with towels and water bottles provided every day. The half board option was good value, buffet style so you can eat as much as you like. The hotel is slightly out of the city centre but it’s well connected with buses and the Voi rental e-scooters that we loved to ride around town (very safe as all the city has dedicated cycle lanes!). The pool and outside area were also quite nice, lots of space and tables to enjoy a drink and some sunshine. On the improvements side, we would have loved to have a kettle with coffee and tea in the room and perhaps a bit more variety with the food options. In fairness, the hotel had gluten and dairy free options for breakfast and dinner, which we did really appreciate! This hotel is definitely a good place to stay if you are visiting Seville

The staff were pleasant. However there was confusion over getting a late check out and although it was paid the incoming staff didn't know about it. The paying for pool towels seemed totally unnecessary and again the system didn't work. The toilet seat in the room was broken and dangerous. The lid fell on my wifes arm leaving it badly bruised. The staff took note but didn't seem that concerned. Overall I was disappointed.

Not a great location for Sevilles highlights. We had a car but parking around Seville was difficult so had to take taxis everywhere. Bar and restaurant were far too expensive for the quality of the food and drink. There was a tourism desk on site but the queue was always extremely long and the guy on the desk seemed to take forever to serve one person.
