Rainbow House was just perfect for our party of 6 (3 siblings and spouses). The 3 bedrooms were placed so that we all enjoyed our privacy. The kitchen and dining/living quarters were spacious for our communal meals and socializing. We enjoyed the proximity to the Stella Maris Resort for dining and beverage options and their very friendly and helpful staff. Long Island is a peaceful, friendly and beautiful place to explore. Take time to visit the sites/beaches from its top to its bottom!

If you are considering a visit to Long Island, you have to stay at Casa de Bahamas! We cannot recommend it enough! Our family of four stayed at Casa de Bahamas on Long Island & it was fantastic! Dmitri was an awesome host; immediately answering all of our questions, both prior to our arrival & after getting there. He gave us suggestions of what to do & where to eat. He also was able to set us up with a car rental for the week with a local resident named Stanley, who was reliable & just delightful. Dmitri also connected us with a boat rental/tour company. Dmitri’s help with these details made our visit very simple. The house had everything we needed, the layout was spacious & the property was beautifully landscaped. The central location of the house made it perfect for easily exploring the entire island. The house is on a sandy bay with shallow, calm clear water.

Exceptional setting stunning beach and super relaxing

Private swim pool carved out of beach coral rock with ocean flowing through. Unbelievably cool!!!! Extremely private. Beach barista makes best mango daiquiri in world- yummy. Walking distance from airport if lightly loaded. Prices high for everything. Come loaded and have a good time.

My husband a I came for a week with two other couples. The house was wonderful for our needs. The owner, Bill and the house manager, Karin were great at communicating and made sure our stay was very comfortable. Karin met us at the airport and took us to the house and help to arrange a rental car for the week. We all had a great time and look forward to returning to Long Island in the future. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our family had an amazing time at this vacation rental, which has its own private beachfront access. The property is well maintained, spacious and was so comfortable for our family of 4. We would play on the sandy beach, go kayaking (which is provided) and go snorkelling almost every day. Being located on the middle of the island, it was convenient to travel to sights on both the northern and southern part of the island. Joanne was wonderful to deal with and was available whenever we needed her. We look forward to coming back to this property again!
