Good if you don’t plan on swimming much.
"Great view and quiet neighborhood. Water very dirty with debris like seaweeds and dead baby crabs. The beach had more shells than sand by the house. Bring water shoes. Beach is open to people in the area not specifically private per say. People on the beach were friendly. I’m not fond of seeing kids ..."
