I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had anticipated. Upon check-in, I found the staff to be quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. There was a lack of guidance regarding the location of my room and the elevators, which left me feeling confused and unwelcome. This treatment made me feel unimportant and disregarded, which is not what I expect from a hospitality establishment. Regrettably, due to this experience, I have decided that I will not be returning to your hotel in the future. Everything was great but my room was not cleaned on the first day. I stayed two nights. I usually tip well, but since the trash wasn’t emptied and used towels were not replaced, I did not tip.

We had an amazing time relaxing on a beautiful property in a nicely appointed little cabin. The trails on the property were great for our dogs and the owners are very nice and thougtful. A
