This is our 'go to' casino for a weekend getaway. Love how they've made some significant changes (hadn't been there since 2019 due to pandemic) like the little food court area that had pizza, ice cream, sandwiches and coffee with yummy items - muffins, scones, yogurt, etc. Their seafood bar is still 'the bomb' - get the crab cocktail!!! Rooms are always nice, comfortable. Staff is wonderful. Treat yourself to a massage - the therapists there are wonderful!

The only thing that happened that i didnt like was when i was winning on the blackjack table they switched out the dealer 5 minutes after she returned from her break to make the next dealer burn a card. I called the floor manager out on it and he shrugged his shoulders at me because he knew it was wrong, but he was doing his job.

The signs for the entry are not clearly marked. There are multiple doors to get into the hotel which seems unsafe. There was a homeless person laying in the middle of the road with all of her belongings near the front of the hotel. When we were checking in, the desk clerk told us that we had been upgraded to a presidential suite, and then he went silent for 3 minutes. He then told us that he was wrong. That's fine as our deluxe suite was sufficient for our honeymoon. But the mattress in our suite was broken down the middle, and therefore it bowed up and was extremely uncomfortable to lay on. Our bed had only a sheet, and nothing more. There was no other bedding in the room. I asked the front desk on our second day how to get to the Salish cliffs restaurant. He pointed to the bridge and said "its just over the bridge on the left. It's the only building there." So I started walking that direction and pulled it up on the map and it was a 17 minute walk. He never told me that to begin with. Overall, our honeymoon was terrible.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the atrium-type glass enclosure walls on all floors when you got off the elevator. Very open and secure feeling. Lots of restaurant choices. Wonderful event center.

1. Property was generally very clean but toilet seats in room and a couple of the bathrooms were nicked and worn. 2. I enjoy getting up at 5 am and reading and having a peaceful cup of coffee in the lobby of hotels. Could not find coffee anywhere until the coffee stand decided to open, it was cold with air conditioners blowing cold air no matter where I tried to sit, and upbeat jazz music playing was not really relaxing or conducive to the quiet morning hours I was hoping for. 3. Little disappointed there was not a nicer (decor wise and entree choices) restaurant to eat at. Food we had at sports bar was very good. We were there to play golf the next day so hotel obviously very convenient and we loved the Salish Cliff’s course, it’s presentation and service, and the quality of the customer service there.
