Was a great hotel, only problem is the location, its a bit far from anything, in terms of walking, but there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the local aeon shopping centre and one to the airport. Highly recommend for families. Great staff, very nice and helpful. Hotel does have a little convience store inside and a little pharamacy too, if you need anything

I only did a one-night stay before flying out early from NRT. This is a large hotel (saw that a couple airlines also housed their crews out of there). The hotel provided a free shuttle pickup and transfer to NRT - makes it very convenient. Compared to Tokyo or Osaka, the room at Nobu was such a good deal. My room was large, clean, and very modern. There is not much in the vicinity but I believe they provided a shuttle to a nearby Aeon Mall. Breakfast in the morning was limited but definitely fulfilling. Overall, for the price I paid, an excellent deal.

The hotel was very good value. It is not a luxury hotel, but is quite comfortable with spacious, clean rooms and has all one needs for an airport stay. The dinner buffet was good. It offers, for an extra charge, access to an onsite gym which is well equipped.

This is the third time that we have stayed at this hotel. We visit often and found it to be convenient, but this particular time that we stayed we had an unpleasant experience. The property is dated, but clean. The first night, they had already turned off the AC and that was understandable since Japan is cooler right not, but our room was extremely hot. We were unable to open the window, which remembered being able to do so in our previous stay. This made sleep unpleasant and we did not sleep much. They did resolve this issue by turning on the AC for us, but this was the next morning after the lady who cleaned the room mentioned it to them and my husband mentioned it again to the front desk. The second night we had extremely noisy neighbors. Now I am not an unpleasant person and it brings me joy to hear others have a great time, but our neighbors were laughing loudly until 1 am. We brought our daughter, and take was unable to fall asleep because of the noise. We called the front desk and they called the neighbors, but the loudness continued until my husband went over and knocked on the door. I think they thought the front desk had knocked on the door. We visit Japan often because we have family here and this was the hotel that we would always go to, but unfortunately we will not be returning.

Good place to stay before a flight out of Narita. Close enough to walk, but also has a shuttle bus. The staff I delt with were nice and friendly. The bed was clean and comfortable. This hotel sees a lot of guests and the high traffic is reflected in the rooms.

Again convenient if you’re traveling out from Narita international to other Asian countries like we did , free shuttle , crew will put your bags into storage underneath the bus -no tipping don’t forget to 45 degree bow and say thank you I hope this site keeps this hotel affordable ($60 at the time of booking and had hotel$ bonus bucks

Not bad for what it is, an inexpensive place to stay near the airport. Hotel is very faded. Room was large. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Was very happy to see that there were a convenience store and drugstore off the lobby. Not happy that they charge 1650 yen to use the fitness center.
