Such a disappointing stay. The interior of dream castle didn’t reflect the name. The food was over priced and disgusting. Could eat better at McDonalds. The location is very convenient to Disneyland and staff helpful and pleasant

Highly recommend this hotel
We stayed here for 1 night after being at Disney land. Hotel staff are very friendly. Room was clean and very well presented. 5 mins from Disney land with affordable prices. Breakfast was really nice and easy to get. 1 down fall is the beds are single / Small doubles pushed together for a couple it’s a bit awkward when you fall down the middle. Apart from that it was amazing.

We went for a stay to visit Disneyland for our daughters first birthday, chose this hotel as it seemed be fair in price on the high end. They offered nothing as complimentary even we stayed at the junior suite. Overall the service is basic nothing to shout about. The staff are non engaging with their patrons. The housekeeping service is non existent and they offer you rewards (but do not actually give) if you do not use their housekeeping service (in the name of keeping it economical and green). Food is over priced for its service it comes with. The hotel is situated next to other hotels but no other amenities far away from town. Location of the hotel is ideal as it’s near Disneyland, and their free shuttle to and from Disneyland was the only good thing.

This hotel was set up like a castle. The rooms were on the bigger side for a European room. The beds were comfortable and the room and grounds clean. They had a bar in the lobby that made great drinks. Breakfast buffet was delicious but at around 8 am it got very busy. The shuttle got very crowded but we never had to wait for a second one. I would recommend if going to Disneyland.

Hotel is lovely. Breakfast wasn’t too bad either. Swimming pool was a let down and very cold for children seeing as it’s a kids pool. Changing rooms are awful. Staff are friendly and helpful. They need to sort the bus situation out though. Extremely busy and not enough buses.

Disappointed toiletries are no longer L’Occitane, hadn’t brought my own as previous stays they were. New range is dreadful. Bathrooms are tired and dated, all 3 rooms had bathrooms in need of renovation. Tea provisions inadequate for 2 people as not enough milk for 1 cup each
