A great room next to everything that matters!

Located right on the edge of town, next to the municipal parking lots so reaching it was easy. They accommodate an early check-in for me as well. The room was decent sized, had air conditioning (can't take that for granted), and the bed was of good quality. It's also next to the two biggest restaurants in town which is convenient and the manager spoke English alright - we didn't have much trouble communicating. All-in-all, if I am in Kayserberg again, I am staying here!

Fantastic place with friendly staff and cosy bar/café. Great room. Big parking lot in front of hotel (charges apply). Staff can help with free parking in front of hotel (first come, first served, no reservations). No aircondition, we brought a fan which helped us.

Comfortable stay in authentic medieval town

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable hotel in a historic medieval town on the vine road. Good location, next to city market on Monday, allowed us to buy excellent fresh food for breakfast

Zentrale Lage. Zimmer mit Blick auf Burg. Parkplatz kostenlos am Platz vor dem Hotel. Bei Veranstaltungen (Markt) könnte es aber sein. dass an diesem Tag der Platz gesperrt ist. Sehr gutes Frühstück zu einem fairen Preis.

Positif: la réception est des plus amicales et la propreté de la chambre est parfaite; le restaurant est sympathique et propose des plats alsaciens variés; petit déjeuner parfait. Négatif: l'hôtel a des difficultés à savoir si la note d'hôtel a été payée lors de la réservation à l'Expédia ou doit encore être acquittée sur place. La chambre est spartiate car il n'y a pas de table, ni table de nuit. Thé disponible mais pas de céfé ni de lait.

Changement de nom

Hôtel agréable mais qui a changé de nom; il se nomme désormais Art Hôtel donc ce serait bien que les sites de réservation se mettent à jour. Cela nous aurait évité de chercher l'hôtel de nombreuses minutes.

Wir waren total überrascht wie schön Kayserberg war. Wir haben in den Ort nur gebucht, weil in den anderen bekannten Orten wie zb. Riquewihr bereits zur Weihnachtszeit ausgebucht waren. Aber dieser kleine Ort hat alles übertroffen und fanden es sogar viel schöner hier als in den benachbarten Orten. Das Hotel war super gelegen, denn zur Weihnachtsmarkt musste man nur runter gehen und schon war man da! Aber Abends war es trotzdem sehr ruhig, da der Weihnachtsmarkt nur bis 19 uhr offen hat. Also Lage von dem Hotel war echt top. Kostenlose Parkplätze befindete sich gleich gegenüber des Hotels. Das Personal waren sehr freundlich trotz Sprachbarriere. Einzige Manko war das Bad. Es könnte Renovierungsbedürftig sein. Aber in Großen und Ganzen war das Hotel gut und wir würden definitiv nochmal kommen.

Mycket bra läge på hotellet med närhet till det mesta. Parkering på torget, utanför dörren. Mycket bra frukost och trevligt rum. Ljust och luftigt, rent och bekvämt.

Leuk hotel in een leuke buurt met prima service

Hotel is netjes, maar niet echt bijzonder. Beetje uit de tijd qua accommodatie, maar prima geslapen en qua locatie ook heel geschikt. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar ook al omdat de prijs- kwaliteit verhouding zeer acceptabel is
