Nice clean room very close to hospital and they accepted my dog. The bathroom is quite small but adequate. Right next to the Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital where my husband had an overnight stay. Also across the street from Avera.

Beds uncomfortable, no coffee maker in room and they made coffee in lobby maybe twice a day. Staff was rarely at front desk and not helpful when there. They sat and played on phones. No sugar for coffee the entire tie there. Breakfast included pitiful.

I was surprised to not have daily housekeeping. When I asked about this, they said it was due to housekeeping staff shortage. I feel I should have at least been offered clean towels.

Learned at check in there was a $100 incidental fee, which would be refunded if there was no damage to the room. Nowhere in the description of the hotel was this stated. Opened the vertical blinds, one fell off. There was a huge hole in the screen. The door area was littered with cigarette butts. Halls had a foul smell. The room had no coffee maker and the ice bucket leaked.

Good place to stay close to the downtown and hospital. Our room was nice. We thought that due to the summer heat and humidity, our room had a humidity smell, but nothing terrible.
