Estadia razoável.
Estadia razoável. Fomos bem atendidos e o estacionamento é uma vantagem. Mas o quarto é bem básico e a limpeza peca um pouco. Se o hotel está cheio, o café da manhã é uma verdadeira bagunça. Faltam itens, pessoas se amontoando, enfim, falta estrutura. A área da piscina é legal.

Antes de fechar as diárias, combinei com a funcionária Pamela pelo telefone que ia ficar até às 16h no domingo 26/03, pois eu e minha namorada chegaríamos por volta das 22h do dia 24/03. No domingo por volta de 12:30 fui informado pela funcionária Beatriz que já havia dado o horário do meu checkout, conversei com ela alegando que eu havia combinado o horário das 16h com a Pamela e mesmo alegando isso ela não autorizou. quando minha namorada foi falar com ela, ela foi extremamente arrogante e mau educada, falando que não havia nada no sistema, nem nada protocolado. Acabou com meus planos e os planos da minha namorada. Depois ela alegou que poderíamos desocupar o quarto e ficar na área da piscina até às 16h, porém ela como funcionária do hotel teve uma péssima postura e de uma empáfia sem tamanho, tentando humilhar minha namorada. Síndrome do pequeno poder. Não voltamos mais. Até entendemos que existem os horários, porém a forma que a funcionária Beatriz tratou a minha namorada foi embaraçoso e constrangedor. Ela ficou tão nervosa que passou mal no caminho da volta para casa devido a postura grosseira dessa funcionária.
