First, the Four Seasons is know as one of the finest hotels around, they just never dissapoint. My stay in Jakarta was just amazing; but, what made it so amazing is the staff, they did everything possible to make my stay the best experience I ever had at an hotel. M. Philadelphia USA

The best thing about this hotel is the attentiveness of the staff at every interaction. The spa and gym facilities are pretty awesome too. Not to mention the room cleanliness everyday, and the vast range of food from all continents for breakfast.

My family and I of four, which includes a three and 5-year old, loved our 5 days at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place. What sets itself apart are its service, location, and amenities. The hotel has world-class service from the staff, including breakfast, front desk, concierge, spa, and pool. I’d like to thank Roch Fari from the spa and pool, who was extremely helpful and attentive. This location cannot be beaten; few hotels in Jakarta can provide everything you need within Pacific Place Mall. It’s within steps of the Jakarta MRT to get around the city and Hutan Kota. I will return in the future because my family loves the pool, and I especially love the amenities, such as the whirlpool, cold plunge, and steam room.
