Located in Quartu Sant'Elena, this villa is by the sea, a 2-minute drive from Spiaggia di Marina di Capitana and 8 minutes from Spiaggia di Sant'Andrea.
Good but didn't quite match expectations.
"We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and made good use of the many outside seating options. The neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet and there are many attractions within a 30 min drive and a range of food shops within a 10 mins drive. The local sandy beach is good but more like a 15 min walk than ..."
