The Savoy was generallyba nice hotel and stafff were friendly. On the negative side it is as far from the centre of town than I would like to be and i found the dtaff unknowlegable about the area and tourist things. On the positive it was clean, quiet with an excellent restaurant

The beds were like sleeping on concrete with 2 bricks for pillows . The decor is dated and worn and it suffers from an identity crisis . There are no options to control temperature and the room was freezing

Superb hotel. 10 mins walk to centre. Too cold to use pool. Gym looked decent. Staff very attentive. Rooms a little dated but all Amenities good inc powerful hairdryer 👍. The food & service in restaurant were amazing. 5 triple fried chips though with a fillet steak was ridiculous. Even though tasty. Extensive drinks menu. Breakfast buffet style & plentiful. One concern was the 2 fire doors from hallway to rooms were jammed open with a doorstop. Clearly said keep closed. I would definitely recommend but taxi driver to airport told me it was being converted into flats next year which would be a real shame.

Booked this trip for our anniversary, it was located in St Helier and 10-15 min walk to the centre. Hotel was clean, food and bar were great, I will definitely stay here again.

It was very clean , staff very friendly. Not the hotels fault, but i used Domino taxis to take us to the airport and was charged £28 for a 15 minute journey at 6 o'clock in the morning . The hotel breakfast was very good too

The stay was great lovely Hotel. One complaint was we had a roast and it was vile. The manager was very good and we said we wasnt paying for it which he honoured.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were brilliant. We were on a bed and breakfast package. The breakfast was excellent. Great variety. A very enjoyable holiday.

The entrance to the hotel is clean and modern seems welcoming. Our room was hot no air con., no lift and no help with our bags. The noise from foyer started about 6am and continued through the day. The safe did not work. Our room was not cleaned properly and the furnishings were very shabby. The toilet continually run. The noise from the fan in the bathroom was loud. The breakfast was the same each day but was adequate. The staff in the breakfast area were really nice but the staff in the bar area acted as if they were doing us a favour by getting us a drink and they took payment for the drink before they made it. Not worth the money, felt most unwelcome and would not return here.
