Family accommodation in Darling Harbour

Love this hotel, close proximity to ferry, light rail, supermarkets, the star, darling harbour. Luxury rooms, fabulous staff, keeps me coming back :)

Amazing hotel

The hotel is conveniently located near transportation, restaurants and shops. Walkable to many of the main tourist attractions. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

This was my second time at this hotel. I loved it the first time and again for the second a year later. Can’t wait to come back again. Staff were lovely and enjoyed breakfast and room service.

I just wanted to raise a concern regarding the night light when using the bathroom. I noticed that it doesn’t come on straight away when I enter the area, and it also switches off before I’ve returned to bed. This makes it a bit difficult to move around safely in the dark. Would it be possible to have it checked or adjusted so that: It activates more promptly, and Stays on a bit longer to allow safe return to bed? Thank you for your help.

Location was good and the service was excellent. Cleanliness needs improvement. There’s some hair in the bathroom and some small cobwebs. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.
