The beds in the hotel are old, lumpy and terriblly soft. We had a horrible night sleep and suffered sore backs for several hours. Breakfast host was rude and unfriendly. We go to st. Louis several times a year and will not be staying at this hotel again

Loved airport shuttle driver. Counter employees were knowledgeable and friendly. Got in late at night and got late checkout without having to ask. Room was clean and comfortable.

Have stayed here before when flying out of Lambert Field. Free airport parking very misleading as is only for the nights stay. Otherwise, facility nice as was the staff.

Good hotel, but bad room roulette
TV, refrigerator, microwave were not working. Front desk said it would change rooms for me and bring up new keys (good!) ... but after 20 minutes of waiting and repacking my things I went down to the front desk (bad), which gave me the keys to a room across the hall, so I had to drag two checked bags back to the elevator and down the hall. Bathtub in room 1 did not drain well for my shower. Took several minutes to clear all the water out. Nearly up to my ankles. That said, if you get a good room here, you're next door to an above-average, decently priced restaurant and within a 3-minute shuttle ride of the terminals at STL for a decent price. Just didn't have the travel gods on my side this time.
