Easy stay. Great bathrooms. Room was simple but nice. Beds were comfortable but not exceptional. The staff were terrific and accommodating. The location is terrific.

Wonderful hotel with a spacious room. Our daughter liked having her own bed space. Conveniently located near the train station. We would stay here again.

Beautiful
The rooms are spacious and big. Very clean rooms eith big bathrooms with a tub and shower tray. It gives rich asian vibes. They could improvecon dcroom lights though. Its a bit dark. Its close to d cental train station, like a 5 minute walk and close to d red light district

The room was very clean and made up every day. I really appreciated you going out of your way for my birthday by decorating the bed with balloons and providing the robe, slippers and late checkout. The hallways and bathroom were rather dark- up the lighting a bit and your hotel would be perfect Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice, clean, centrally located, hotel with a very modern, slightly Asian vibe. The breakfast is ample but overpriced. Good base for exploring amazing Amsterdam.

Beautiful hotel right on the canals of Amsterdam. A self serve honesty bar was a very nice added touch and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Excellent hotel and staff friendly and welcoming. Staying in July was less quiet (on street) people hanging around chatting at night and street reconstruction on other side of canal was intrusive in the early morning. That aside I would recommend hotel as have stayed before and would stay again

The room was clean and the hotel was comfortable and unique. We arrived very early and left our bags to explore. We came back a few hours before check-in very tired. The woman at the front desk moved things around to get us a room ready, she was incredible! Sadly I don’t remember her name but she was polite, friendly and wrote down some breakfast recommendations for us to check out during our stay.

The staff made the stay very comfortable and great recommendations, very hospitable, downfall was that it was not quiet as I could hear the other guests during my stay. Overall other than that I would visit again!

I picked this hotel for it's proximity to the train station, that was perfect. The rooms were nice and AC was good..the lifts and room locations was a bit wonky to figure out but overall a good spot.

Great location and property
The hotel a well located from the train station and close to the heart of Amsterdam. It is a very nice property and our family room was perfect- very comfortable, clean, and quiet. We would stay here again if in Amsterdam.

Decent hotel in great location
Hotel Mai is an interesting, somewhat unusual shaped hotel but in a perfect location. Very friendly staff. Poor for business work. One plug (choose between light and plugging in computer) on an inconvenient round and small table. No refrigerator. Breakfast was absolutely tasteless. Our last morning we went instead to a delightful pancake house 50 meters away even though our breakfast was included at Mai. Rooms were large. Excellent shower.
