Lovely hotel very clean and staff were wonderful. Easy access to transport we ethier used the tram or train. There’s a gorgeous park just down the road from the hotel which we visited daily.

The hotel is further out from the city centre but transport is very convenient and reasonably priced. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and the restaurant staff work hard to make your experience vey enjoyable. The quality of the food is really good.

Very good location for those interested in being near museums. It was a bit removed from our preferred area, but the staff is outstanding & that makes up for it.

Air-Con wasn't working well but passable
We booked two rooms. Passable stay but could be better Pros:The room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was good and staff friendly. Multiple tram lines near the hotel and also a train station so it was pretty convenient to travel around. Cons: We visited during the summer and the air conditioner wasn't working very well. The air was weak and not cold. We made a complaint and the staff gave us a fan for the stay. Not the best as we purposedly booked this place because it is advertised with hotel rooms with air conditioner. Another room when we checked in had a strong cannabis smell and after complaining, staff sprayed air freshener and gave the room a fan to circulate the air.

Close to Oosterpark and easy access to metro!
A very unique stay! Beds were comfy, blackout curtains made the room dark, and LOTS of lighting in the room. The room key light switch reminded me to take my card before leaving, however this turned off the electricity to the room, which would have been nice to be able and charge a few of my electronics while I was away. All-in-all, I can’t wait to visit and stay here again!

The Manor is perfectly located away from the city center, but near parks, shopping, dining, and a hop-skip from the trams and train. Lovely upscale area, I felt safe walking at night. Exceptional customer service from the front desk and bar. I will stay here any time i return to Amsterdam.

Friendly staff and quiet
The hotel service was excellent and helpful. The facilities were in good condition and decent distance to downtown Amsterdam. The weekend was a warm one and the air conditioning would only get the room so cool. Otherwise excellent stay.

Really nice hotel. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly. A little out of the centre but a short 10-15 minute tram from one of the stops just outside of the hotel and you are in the city.

Nice hotel in a great location out of the main tourist areas with good transport for the centre of Amsterdam. Some nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful.
