Amazing location. In the four days we were there, we didn't bother with public transport. Everywhere was walkable. Hotel was very clean and staff very courteous

We booked a room for 4. There was only one king size bed. The stuff brought extra single bed to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool and the sauna. The stuff was super helpful and extremely nice. In general nice people in Amsterdam. Overall excellent stay.

We stayed here as a family with young children. I picked the hotel for location due to the proximity to central station and that it has a pool. I can’t fault the hotel at all. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The hotel is right across the street from central, so the trip back to the airport is a breeze. You can easily walk to areas like Jordaan, which is where I like to spend time when visiting the city. The area felt safe. The hotel room was huge with an amazing view over the city. Was told on check out that I needed to settle up for two drinks from the mini bar. We hadn’t had any drinks from the bar or mini bar whilst staying here. So whilst the employee accepted this and didn’t charge I would be careful charging items to the room just in case anything gets added on that you didn’t have.
