Bunker Hill is close to many restaurants and shops. Rooms were not luxurious, but they were certainly nice. We had a great view from the balcony. Staff was the highlight. Very friendly and helpful.

It was perfect for a one night stay before heading over to St.John in the morning. Centrally located, helpful front desk staff,Joanna and beautiful view of the city. Sweet pool area and great homemade to order breakfast!

I didn’t expect the climbing to your room😀feature. the person I was with was 75 years old no elevator no room on ground floor. restaurant was great and food was excellent. highly recommend the restaurant for dinner.

The stairs are a challenge, as well as parking. Noise seems to stop after 10 pm. Staff are accessible & helpful. In general, everyone on the island over-charges (chair rentals on the beach $55./person; really?). Not everyone on the mainland is wealthy. I do not take advantage of people & don't appreciate greed or charging whatever you can get away with.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay!
Wonderful stay at Bunker Hill! The breakfast was very good. The staff were super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Laverne and Devon were amazing! The pool was perfect for relaxing in and around. They have a restaurant on site which was great! It was a short walk to old town, where there are plenty of restaurants. We loved exploring the area and we felt very safe!

I have mixed feelings. The Good: the entire staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and had several options, the location is very close to town where you can walk easily. The bed was comfortable and it was easy to fall and stay asleep. The Bad: there can be a LOT of stairs depending where your room is. It is a Danish colonial-architecture part of town which can be expected for these buildings which I was okay with it, it did not stop me but if you are older or have walking difficulties then you might have difficulty maneuvering these stairs. The ugly: The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned which was extremely disappointing and disheartening. The floor was dirty, there was a damp old towel on the floor which harbored a couple large insects that had defecated nearby. I hope this was only my personal experience and not someone elses but this part is what disappointed me the most. Other parts of the property were clean even by the pool and breakfast area
