I had a horrendous experience with the staff. I work third shift so I had to purchase extra days so that I could sleep and my room was in the renovation area. I got no sleep my entire stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was hair in the bathroom in multiple places, as well as fingerprints on the bathroom wall. There was a lot of mildew on the shower curtain, and the corners of the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. The beds were hard.

I chose this hotel for the low price and central location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Although it's a fairly busy area I was never bothered by noise. Room was not very clean though. Dirt under/behind furniture. A dirty washcloth was hanging in the shower when I checked in. Had to kill a couple of centipedes in my room during the stay. They are in the middle of doing much needed renovation to the rooms (August 24).

Great hotel. Far better than the average Red Roof. Excellent location and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Especially Mrs Janet! Clean and comfortable rooms. Will definitely recommend.

Clean, comfortable stay in Stafford
Nice clean property with access to restaurants and stores. Convenient access to highway. Walls were a little thin so if there is a lot of noise outside or in hallways, it will be heard.

Its okay for a night.
Bed was small compared to frame due to which the metal piece was pouting out which did hurt my leg badly. Property is okay for the rate. There is no lift, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage, you need to carry all by yourself.

Pit bulls running around unleashed...and dangerous to our service dog. The first room we were given had the smell of paint which had not yet dried. Filthy sheets, floors, bathroom, filthy and slippery dangerous bathrub, no hand rails, desk staff unfriendly.
