This is a lovely property in a beautiful setting with great views of the Loch. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good and not over priced. The pool is good for swimming lengths. The grounds are extensive with games like chess and checkers available to play. Drinks in the sun on the terrace are a must.

Lovely large room with balcony and beautiful view of the loch. Furniture was a little worn in places. Cleaners were quick and efficient. Food was of a good quality but supplements were quite expensive for alternative breakfast options. Had a wonderful massage in the spa.

A room with an amazing view
Staff very friendly. Our room had a beautiful view of the gardens and Loch. Peaceful stay, good food and a lovely atmosphere. The drive to the hotel is stunning, the road in places run next to the Loch with amazing scenery.

The hotel itself has seen better days. You are staying here for the view and the beautiful location. The bed was comfortable but the room was quite dated. I can't remember the last time I had to use an actual key (not keycard) to get into a hotel room.

The hotel was nice, but it was obvious it has seen better days. Food in the restaurant was very good. Spa and pool facilities were unfortunately below average. Changing area dated and not exactly clean. Staff in the reception, bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful.

The room was as described and the bed was comfortable. My only mild complaint is the hot tub did not work and the hotel staff member at check out did not know how to change the pricing for my stay as they had mistakenly charged me for something. But he was a very friendly man and they worked it out later and my bill was corrected. All around, the stay was lovely and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was also delicious.

Beautiful hotel and location
We loved this hotel. The staff were really kind and attentive. The whole hotel was beautifully furnished and relaxing. We had a lovely walk in the grounds with a breathtaking view of Lock Ard. Our Evening meal in the bar was delicious as was breakfast the next morning. If we’re ever in this area again, this will be where we will stay.
