I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, but especially wanted to thank one front desk employee, who personally resolved the problem with one king bed in the room, because we were traveling with a friend, and, of course, it's more convenient to sleep separately.
He organized an upgrade for us, gave us an excellent room, plus personally went to the room to make sure the bedding was organized the way we asked. Unfortunately, and I apologize, I forgot the name of the guy. He is tall, blond, young and super friendly guy - just for the management to recognize who it was, because the rest of the stuff we had a chance to speak to while organizing dinner reservations, taxi to the airport etc. actually weren't as close as friendly and professional as that guy.
Please give my special thanks to that guy, because he really made a good impression of the whole experience in your hotel!
