I did not appreciate the up selling of joining the hotel chain during checkin. Despite indicating numerous times that I was not interested. The gentleman continued to offer it at every opportunity. I just want my keys to my room.

Close to airport
Located next to airport so very convenient. Room was clean & tidy. Bed was super comfy. Lovely shower. Only negative was we called to ask about room service and were told the menu would be available via the hotel compendium QR code on the tv. Compendium states to view pages 13-17 but only goes to page 13 with no menu. Thus, we did not order any food this time. We have previously had meals at the hotel and they have always been very good.

Smaller but modern and comfortable and very clean room. Quiet. Steps away from airport terminal. Tasty food at restaurant and they kindly allowed me to check in early and check out late
