"I had pre ordered a romantic package and it was very nice waiting in the room Except for the fact it was ice cold only to find No working Heating!!! Not Good when I spoke to reception I was told it would be taken care off Only to find a mobile electric heater put in our room not good!!!Still freezing ..."

"I was a bit apprehensive about staying after reading some reviews but was really surprised. I found the staff really friendly and helpful the bar staff were great.
