Horrible look else where!

This property was a no from start to finish. The woman checking me in was so not friendly not welcoming at all . The room had roaches which was an absolute no for me. There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. No housekeeping service while there had to go find them for clean towels and wash clothes. Laundry facility at this location was broken. An I’m not really sure why one of the workers asked my daughter was she a single mother because she was looking after her two sister’s…I’m still appalled by that question and what warranted it…

I got moved rooms because the toilet was leaking and the shower handle was broken then the room i got moved to the door lock wasnt working properly so sometimes the key wouldn’t open the door and the shower was also not working when you pulled the lever to switch from the spout to the shower head the water wouldnt go. The staff tried their best i guess and its not their fault the property just seems very outdated.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever with Holiday Inn. We were not staying at Holiday inn but some cheap motel where you hear door banging and noises whole night. The bed in room was not comfortable at all, stinky bed and pillows. Bed made sound when you get onto it and pillows were so old squished up not comfortable to sleep. When we called reception to do complain about noise they put their phone on hold, no one from hotel staff was available.
