The room was too cold. The thermostat not working and the backlit was off. Attempted to set to 30 deg C, but the air stayed at 17 deg F. Reported to front desk. They had someone looked it, but did not fix it.

The sound proofing in the room was terrible, could here the other room coughing and tv sound, not because the other rooms tv volun was turned really loud it was purely because sound proofing was horrible. Could hear the coughing and clearing the throat clearly. Do not recommend staying at the hotel if you need a good night sleep.

Cosy hotel amidst a rustic locality
Love the location: technology park is within walking distance; a large shopping mall with lots of eateries and restaurants is located opposite of the hotel; a 7-Eleven convenience store is next door. Service level of hotel staff is impeccable and empathetic. Food variety and quality of the hotel's restaurant is solidly above average. If fresh air and long walks are your thing, then this hotel should be your top choice. Hailing a taxi is breeze, and the trip to Xinyi shopping area will take at most 20 minutes of taxi ride.

Located near Nangang station, which is along the Bannan (blue) mrt line, and TRA/HSR, making it convenient to get to Raohe Night Market and Shi Fen if they are on your itinerary list. Pros: Convenience; 7-11 right beside hotel entrance Location; brown and blue mrt lines nearby, HSR/TRA lines nearby, direct bus 1843 available to taoyuan airport (vice versa) Cons: Price range; its located in a business district - you can expect prices to be slightly higher here.
