Nice location and enjoyed the free breakfast
Right next to a metro station but in quiet neighborhood. One stop away from Taipei Main Station. Free breakfast with lots selections, cafe area serves free coffee, tea and fruits throughout the day for us to hang around.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is conveniently located in central Taipei with a MRT station (Shandao Temple Station) just steps away from the front door of the hotel, super convenient ! The hotel is exceedingly clean including guest room, washroom, hallway, cafe, elevator, ... Complimentary two bottles of water daily is also a big plus for guests. The second floor is a large cafe with comfortable seats. The cafe is accessible by hotel guests almost 24/7 with complimentary coffee/tea/lattie/espresso... and some finger foods, a very nice gesture of the hotel. The complimentary japaness-style breakfast is very good with some hot main dishes (fishes/meat/shrimps/...) changed daily. Hot/cold soy drink, coffee/lattie/espresso/... are provided at the breakfast. We particularly like the light young-looking color of the wall of the entire hotel and matching furniture of our room, and the nicely equipped washroom. Since the latest check-out time is 11 am and our flight was around 11 pm, the hotel allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel free of charge so that we could make the full use of our last day in Taipei visit a number of places in the city, a very nice gesture of the hotel. Overall, we are very happy with our stay at Hotel Cozzi and will definitely come back to Hotel Cozzi should another opportunity to visit Taiwan arises.

Staff service is top notch. I was feeling unwell and had to go to the hospital, and staff checked on me multiple times after that. They were also able to deliver ice at any timing that I called to request as well. Location is good, right beside a train station.
