The room was spacious and nice, especially access to the VIP lounge. However, the most critical element of a hotel stay was not met. At night I was woken up by loud bunging noise many times from guests closing the room door, bathroom sliding door or talking in the hallway. The walls are not sound proof or thin, thus I woke up every single time when i heard the loud noise. A nice room but I didn't have a good sleep.

This is a great hotel with fantastic amenities and a wonderful staff! Every staff member I interacted with at the hotel was professional, friendly, and helpful. They have high attention to detail and provide excellent service. I rented a bicycle to ride around Taipei, and I appreciated how the staff let me keep it in their baggage check in room. The sauna is probably the best part of the hotel! It is easy to spend some time there every day. The only downside (like others have said) is that the hotel is not within very close walking distance to an MRT stop. However, the front desk team can help you call a taxi, and there are a few bus stops near the hotel. I am looking forward to staying here again. Thank you for a luxurious and relaxing experience!

The staff is exceptional. The closest night market is just 10-15 minutes walk away. Subway station takes about 10 minutes walk is the only drawback, but given the price range, it is definitely a give and take.

Great customer service and super accomondating. We arrived at the hotel super early (6am) as our flight landed at 5am. They were able to let us store our suitcases with them and use their ammendities. It was amazing getting a nice hot shower and spa after our 12hours flight.

Great location... Walking distance to many things and equally easy to jump in Uber or on subway to get elsewhere. The pool and sauna/spa were perfect for our family of three (went twice a day!). We didn't pre-purchase the breakfast buffet but ended up taking advantage of it for half our stay (nice range of options that pleased the vegetarian, the 9-year old, and me--the omnivore).
