You mightn't be flush with choice when it comes to places to stay in Takko-machi, but luckily, you can select from 3 comfy digs within 30 kilometres of its centre.

After waking up in your cosy bed at Towadako Lakeside Hotel and Towadako Backpackers, it won't take long to reach Takko-machi (so long as you don't press that snooze button too many times!)

Don't despair if you're still on the hunt for accommodation in Takko-machi. You can always have a look at the Shin Appi Onsen Seiryukaku, 25 kilometres away from central Takko-machi.

Don't shoot through before you've gone to the Play Pia Shirahama and Ashigezaki Lookout in Hachinohe. The Hotel Route-Inn Honhachinohe Ekimae and APA Hotel Honhachinohe are some of the long and short-stay options here. Alternatively, you could stay in Hachimantai, 35 kilometres to the south of Takko-machi, where you'll find the La Vista Appi Kogen and Appi Kogen Kamui no Mori Youth Hostel. Fudo Waterfall and Appi Kogen Ski Resort are up there with the most popular sites to see in Hachimantai.

Unless you're planning to set up camp at Misawa Airport, it's probably a good idea to book some accommodation before you fly. The Hotel Route-Inn Misawa is pretty close by, or you could always travel into Takko-machi's centre. It's 45 kilometres away.
