Amazing hotel in Ubud. Perfect location in central Ubud and the staff were wonderful. So friendly and kind. The pool area and spa were also amazing

Beautiful hotel but it is still not yet fully completed. In a great neighborhood

Fantastic resort and great accommodation. Staff were friendly and could not do enough. The only issue we had was the location. It’s listed as city centre but it is not. The map location is not correct. It’s around a 30 minute walk out of the centre. Due to a recent landslide, Taxis and the hotel shuttle have to take around a 20 minute diversion to get to and from town. The walk to town is not practical at night as the road is in darkness . Loved the hotel but had to use Taxi’s every night. These costed around a £5 a night from the market square to the Bridge where the landslide took place . The walk from the bridge is a further 400m but was better than the 25 minute diversion

Beautiful rooms, several pools, lovely grounds and very nice staff. The beach was very shallow and weedy however the tides were very low. Nice long boardwalk with lots of good waterview to eat.

beautiful hotel with very kind staffs. overall happy stay. they provide free shuttle to ubud market. very convenient.

Resort was great, kids pool and slide kept kids happy but there were still activities in adults pool. Always fresh, clean towels available. Having to remember breakfast vouchers was only annoying.
