I recently stayed at Courtyard Marriott Bali Seminyak and had an excellent experience, thanks to the outstanding service and attentive staff. From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I faced a minor issue relating to breakfast and my room, but the staff handled it swiftly and professionally. Special thanks to Gede, whose exceptional care and dedication made a significant difference. His attention to detail and warm demeanor truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, the service quality exceeded my expectations, and I’m grateful for the team's efforts in making my stay memorable. What was there not to love about the Grand Hyatt Bali??Stunning grounds, clean, safe for young kids and teens, trustworthy, friendly staff and quiet, spacious rooms overlooking botanical garden-like grounds. Exceptional value for meals, catering for all cuisines, at almost a different venue for each day of the week! There are more options for what you can do each day than you could need or want, including one of the nicest shopping precincts in Bali at your doorstep. There is no better place to spend my vacation time than at the Grand Hyatt Bali.

Loved our stay at the Hilton. My wife and I were there for our honeymoon and enjoyed the different food options, the beautiful view from the room, and how well kept everything was. They were doing construction on the beach during our stay, which did take away a bit from our experience, but it was government sanctioned work and out of the control of the hotel so can't blame them for that!

The gardens and beachfront location are beautiful. Staff are courteous and helpful. Lovely stay
