This is the second time staying in this airport hotel. You can't beat it for convenience and service. It's a short walk from the terminal, has a spa and excellent full buffet breakfast. The rooms are a bit small but extremely well designed and pleasant. A very accommodating and wonderful staff.

Great location if you're transiting through Lisbon and need a clean convenient hotel within walking distance from LIS. Though walking is very do-able, dragging your suitcase across cobblestone high traffic area is not ideal; their shuttles run every 15 minutes and are reliable and efficient 3 minute ride without traffic to airport, literally across the street; hotel is clean, well run, has a very nice breakfast buffet opening at 4:00 am to accommodate different time zone jet lagged passengers; the rooms are modern, clean, well appointed with all the amenities needed for comfort; I was concerned about airport noise being so close but it was a non-issue, rooms were quiet and comfortable.

About a four minute walk to the airport with luggage. There is also a courtesy shuttle, but why wait? Beautiful room, friendly and helpful check in/reception staff.

Slippery shower floor

Bathroom very clean and modern but shower flooring was very slippery and no hand holds within shower if you slip. A big problem. Van service to airport was very slow having to wait over 39 minutes

Love the location being walking distance to terminals, and the staff were friendly enough. The breakfast buffet blew us away, delicious, and I was very impressed by the eco-conscious features of the hotel, such as paper packaging, refillable body care dispensers, glasses to serve refreshing waters in the lobby, real dishes, palm free nut/chocolate butter breakfast item, many delicious and interesting foods as well as healthy choices in the breakfast.

This hotel, on the campus of the Lisbon Airport, is fine. As in, it’s not a place I’d recommend for a vacation stay. But, for a one night situation where you’re leaving early the next morning on a flight (as we were) it’s perfectly acceptable. Our “deluxe” room was clean but modest in size and amenities. The architecture of the hotel, with very narrow windows, means rooms are dark. On the other hand, the restaurant bar and restaurant served us a good meal. And getting to the airport the next morning was easy- we were already there! We have stayed in Melia hotels in other parts of the world that were spectacular. This is not that. But it’s fine.

Wonderful property that was walking distance to terminal one at the airport. . Staff were excellent. Room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Had a light dinner in the bar where the service was painfully slow but they seemed to be very short staffed.

The front desk staff were outstanding. They were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Our flight left before breakfast was being served so they prepared us boxed breakfast to go. My husband is celiac and his breakfast had quite a selection of gluten free baked goods. We would definitely return.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. The walk to/from the airport looks daunting at first but was quite doable even in pre-dawn light. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, with tips on navigating buses to visit a museum. The drawback with any airport hotel is the noise of traffic approaching the airport parking.
