Great hotel, needs some TLC to be five star
Nice secluded hotel with great beach access and restaurants. Hotel needs more attention to the small details, like door hinges working, shower dispensers, etc..the live music was great but not enough seating for the space to enjoy it. Staff was very professional and attentive.

didn't like the fact that my reserved room was not available upon my arrival at 19.00 hrs!,there was no apology from the manager I met!! Breakfast was chaotic ,staff friendly but not competent! liked the surrounding area, food at the Olivier was good, unfortunately it was my second not experience with the hotel, first one was in 2019.

Objet : Plainte concernant l'attitude de la serveuse Salma Monsieur/Madame le Responsable, Je me permets de vous contacter afin de porter à votre attention un incident désagréable que j'ai récemment vécu dans votre établissement. Lors de ma visite, la serveuse Salma a fait preuve d'une attitude arrogante à mon égard, ce qui a grandement affecté mon expérience en tant que client. Il est regrettable de constater qu'un tel comportement ait été adopté par un membre de votre équipe, d'autant plus que c'est la première fois que je rencontre ce genre d'employé dans votre hôtel. Je tiens à souligner que je suis un client régulier et que je n'ai jamais eu à faire face à une telle situation auparavant. Je demande donc à ce que vous preniez les mesures nécessaires pour remédier à cette situation et pour assurer que de tels incidents ne se reproduisent plus à l'avenir. Highly recommend this hotel, it’s about a 20 min drive to the port of tangier. The staff was lovely and kind. The only thing I would complain about is the pricing at the bar. Moroccan mint tea was 60 MAD everywhere else is normally 15 MAD. And they never had tea in the buffet it was always empty. The buffet was amazing, lots of options. the resort is stunning, and big. Our room was always spotless. We also golfed at the resort there, it’s a very nice course. If I ever come back to tangier I will stay here 100 percent. Thanks for a wonderful stay Hilton.
