Clean, tidy good location for our stay in Taupo. Owners were friendly. Great having a supermarket down the road. Was a cold weekend we were in Taupo, the heating in the room was excellent.

Friendly, attentive service. Nice touches such as a bottle of milk to go with the tea/coffee which included hot choc/decaf sachets and a plunger coffee bag to go with the standard selection. Nice to be shown around the room on arrival too.

Loved the little extras---a free standing lamp for beside the bed, real milk, huge number of TV channels and great bath salts for the spa. The owners were super friendly.
