Very helpful and welcoming staff. Breakfast was excellent. Small room but had everything including very comfortable bed, good shower, reverse cycle air conditioner and inner glazing which meant it was super-quiet.

They were great -- friendly and helpful. They also upgraded us to a better room when we arrived, unprompted. Great place, great location, I'm going to stay there again for sure.

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, very well located, 5 min walk to subway station. Walking distance to Museum of Natural History and Victoria and Albert Museum. 5 min walk to Tour buses.

Me and a friend stayed here for a few nights , the room was extremely clean and the shower was spotless . I asked for some extra towels and this was not a problem and the kind man on reception brought them up to the room within ten minutes. The breakfast choices offered were a great variety with fruit and yoghurt pots, little pastry rolls and coffee, orange juice , tea and different cereals . The hot food selection at breakfast was ok , including bacon for meat eaters and scrambled eggs which were kept in a metal hot dish. The window in my room was a bit old however did slide up to offer some ventilation. Really great comfortable bed and wardrobe was sufficient .Staff very friendly and welcoming. If the opportunity arose would book again in future .
