Property just ok. Dated decor which i can deal with but had very limited amenities. No face cloth for washing face, gym very limited, heater didnt work, inconvenient plug sockets, room cold, shower power not powerful, breakfast limited, coffee not great at breakfast, duvet very thin, pillows very flat and over used and need replacing, mattress could have used a topper. The room was quite spacious for a london hotel though and the wifi worked well. The hairdryer also didnt blow out hot air. Location bery good for tube(opposite Gloucester road).

Convenient Location

Lifts are being upgraded so not all were working but the wait for a lift was never long. Room was comfortable with all amenities provided. A bonus was some dedicated sports channels on tv. The breakfast was average. The hotel is very conveniently situated with a tube station 100 metres away and multiple bars and restaurants being within walking distance.

From the time we got there till the time we booked out the staff were all fantastic, we will definitely be returning very soon for a longer stay , the room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable, we did not here a sound all night so a wonderful sleep thank you all at the millennium great credit to you all

Second time staying here and just as good as the first. Clean & comfortable hotel, superb location with tube station on its doorstep and a great spot to explore (and re-explore) London.

Good value

It was a pleasant stay, location is great and the room was spacious with a comfy bed. Breakfast was ok but basic I found myself being awakened by other guests talking loudly in the corridor late at night . Overall good value for the location

Looked great in reception, really nice staff. Then the room... Very tired, poor condition and basic, not what i expected from almost £180/night (plus £50.20 to park). Glad it was just one night. Avoid
