London weekend
Overall some parts of the hotel are tired and in need of an upgrade. There was no shampoo in the shower, only limited tea and coffee in the room, no bottled water. The food at breakfast was barely warm, it’s not too difficult to keep it hot. However the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. It is a great location very near tube station and walkable to Royal Albert Hall. Yes I would stay again, but improvements need to be made, to attain the status the Hotel should be, it’s the detail that counts.

Location is great since near to everything, reception was nice as well. I had a problem of AC the sound was ao noisy that you can't start it and problem was not solved , also the window was not sealed some nois and air pass through and is not nice since it was so cold. Room service is great and every day clean
