We had a wonderful stay. Very close to Gloucester road underground and bus routes that made everything we wanted to see accessible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was well appointed. The only con was that the bathroom needed a little detail work on the paint and caulking edges. Just wear and tear that needs addressed. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Lovely hotel.
Myself and two friends came to London by train from Cornwall to a concert in the Albert Hall on October 21st. I booked to stay at the Millennium as it was so convenient for the circle line and Gloucester Road station and also not far from the Albert Hall. We had a triple room which was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and had everything you could possibly want. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. And the cost was very reasonable. I’d recommend you to anyone.

Superb stay at the hotel. Staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Check-in and Check-out were speedy. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great location in easy walking distance of the nearest underground station. Staff were attentive and made the effort promptly to replenish anything in our room.

Hotel management is the worst. They placed in a different room other than the one we booked and paid for but we insisted on changing the room. It’s a form of deception and we won’t be back to this hotel. Terrible experience!!!
