Scruffy old room with a tiny bathroom that smells of mould. Uncomfortable sofa bed for two adults. TV remote did not work, mini bar was empty and I do not think this hotel deserves 4 stars.

I have chosen a room with two bed since I was traveling with my father. When I checked in the staff told me that the choice I made was only a request and subjected to availability. they did not care. Their attitude was very bad. Eventually they managed to move me to a room with two beds. They could have just done that in the first place if there was a room available in the first place.

Really disappointed by our stay. First room was cramped, and not in line with photos advertised online of rooms shown as ‘premium’ The Second room larger but not handled well in terms of customer service and both rooms had scuffed walls, chipped bed frames, chipped and worn pictures, cracked and poorly repaired sink in bathroom that also should have been cleaner and in better condition given the price point for the room.

Ok. Good location but expensive for what it was.
I marked down on comfort only because we had to ask to move rooms. First room had a loud constant unidentified noise which would have kept us awake. Rooms rather boring - all the same decor. Staff helpful enough. Cleanliness ok. Buffet breakfast ok. Location good for proximity to Royal Albert Hall etc. but overall expensive for what it was.
